Dr Richard Gartrell

BMedSci, MBBS, GradDipAppAnat, MS, FRACS

Dr Gartrell has a broad interest in colorectal surgery and has experience in managing colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, pelvic floor dysfunction, endometriosis (with bowel involvement) and anorectal disorders.

He is trained in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He is also a qualified General surgeon and looks after general surgical conditions such as hernias, gallstones and appendicitis.

Dr Allison has a wide range of experience in both general surgical and colorectal diseases.

His combination of training, experience, involvement in ongoing surgical education and passion for quality surgical care creates the best environment to assist you through your surgical experience.

Dr Allison consults and practices at Greenslopes Private Hospital.
